- Cancellation request must be done in writing not later than December 4, 2020
- 80% of the registration fee will be refunded if cancellation was made on or before 4th December 2020. Otherwise, no amount shall be refunded.
- Registration is transferable. A written request is required addressed to the conference secretariat to facilitate changes of information in the registration.
- All refunds shall be made at least 1 month after the congress.
When the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, the following refund arrangements apply.
Cancellations must be communicated through email to the official conference email address email@example.com
- Any cancellations prior to 60 days from the conference are refunded 80% of the amount.
- Cancellation prior to 30 days from the conference will be charged 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellation less than 30 days from the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refund for No Shows
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. All bank charges incurred are the registrant's responsibility.
- The refund amount is net of bank charges and transfer fees.
- Membership is not refundable
- Cancellation requests via telephone or mobile are not honored.
